  STAYING IN EDINBURGH

 

Edinburgh  is a major tourist destination so has a wide provision of accommodation.

The three areas of multiple deprivation are well hidden by 'judicious' town-planning on the outskirts of the capital so you can feel confident that any hotel/ bed and breakfast / guest house / apartment/ youth hostel is located in a convenient and tourist-friendly area of the city. 

 The proposed Friday / Saturday  evening venues are East of the centre, ( Edinburgh Waverley station IS the centre.) but Edinburgh is a  compact city centre so you can  get excellent value near where I live ( about 1 km South of the centre.)
